Synaptic // Strength
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This is the plain-language version, because that's how I do everything. Synaptic Strength LLC ("I," "me," "Synaptic Strength") runs this site. This explains what I collect, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
- Email signups. When you grab the free guide, I collect your email address.
- Coaching applications. If you apply to train with me, I collect your name, email, and what you tell me about your goals and training.
- Client intake. If you fill out the full intake, I collect detailed training, lifestyle, and health information you choose to share: injury history, diagnosed conditions, medical background, and similar. You give this knowingly so I can program safely around it, and the intake form asks for your consent before you submit.
- Payments. If you purchase coaching, payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details.
How I use it
- To reply to you, build and coach your program, and deliver what you signed up for.
- To send the free guide and occasional emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Nothing else. I don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Ever.
Who else touches it
The site runs on Netlify, which stores form submissions securely on my behalf. Payments go through Stripe. Email may be handled by an email provider. Fonts load from Google Fonts. These services process data only to make the site work. They don't get your data to use for their own marketing.
How it's kept
Your information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and kept only as long as needed to coach you or run the business. Health and intake details are treated as confidential.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what I have, correct it, or delete it. Just email me. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
